How long does delivery take? What countries do you ship to?
We currently ship within the United States only.
Once your order has been processed and shipped, delivery typically takes 3–5 business days via USPS Ground Advantage®.
In rare cases—such as weather delays, USPS network congestion, or warehouse allocation—it may take 7–10 business days.
If any special circumstances cause delays, we will send you a manual notification email.
What is the processing time?
Most orders are processed within 24 business hours.
Processing may take 1–3 business days during:
- Peak seasons
- National holidays
- Temporary stock shortages
- High‑demand items requiring warehouse allocation
We appreciate your patience during these periods.
How will my delivery be shipped?
All orders are shipped via USPS Ground Advantage®.
Shipping is free, and all prices shown on our website already include:
- Tax
- Import duties
- Handling fees
There are no additional charges at checkout.
I ordered more than one item. Will they arrive together?
We try to ship all items in your order together.
However, depending on stock availability or warehouse allocation, items may be shipped separately.
Each shipment will generate its own tracking email.
Can I change the delivery address after the package has shipped?
Unfortunately, once a package has been shipped, the delivery address cannot be changed.
