Refund and Returns Policy

Delivery policy

Processing time
Orders are typically processed within 24 hours. During peak seasons, national holidays, or temporary stock shortages, processing may take 1–3 business days.

Shipping method
All orders are shipped via USPS Ground Advantage®.

Delivery time

  • In‑stock items: Delivered within 3–5 business days
  • Backordered items: Fulfillment may take 9–15 business days

Returns & exchanges policy

We offer a 14‑day return and exchange policy, but we do not accept unconditional returns or exchanges for non‑quality reasons.
Returns are only accepted when the issue is caused by us, to protect product integrity and prevent fraudulent returns.


Returns due to our error

You may request a return or refund if:

  • Stamps are not recognized as valid by USPS
  • Stamps arrive with physical damage (tears, creases, water damage)
  • We shipped the wrong item or wrong design

If approved, we will:

  • Provide a full refund (including shipping), or send replacement stamps at no cost
  • Cover all associated costs, including return shipping and inspection fees

How to request:

  • Submit your request within 14 days of delivery
  • Provide your order number and USPS verification report (if applicable)
  • Return the defective items using our prepaid label or your preferred carrier (we will reimburse postage)

Returns for personal reasons

Returns for reasons not caused by us (e.g., wrong design ordered, purchased too many) are generally not accepted.

If approved under special circumstances:

  • Condition: Stamps must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging
  • Possible fees:
    • Actual return shipping costs
    • Warehouse handling and restocking fees
    • Credit card processing fees (3%–5%, non‑refundable)

All personal‑reason returns are subject to review and approval by our Returns Specialist.


Refunds

  • Refunds are processed within 1–2 weeks after we receive and inspect the returned items
  • Returns that do not meet the required conditions may be rejected or incur additional fees

Exchanges policy

Exchanges are only accepted if:

  • We shipped the wrong design, or
  • The product has a quality defect

We do not accept exchanges for non‑quality reasons. This policy helps prevent fraudulent attempts to return counterfeit stamps in place of genuine USPS Forever Stamps.


Important notes

  • Items must be in original condition and packaging
  • Used, damaged, or incomplete returns may be rejected or incur restocking fees
  • We are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments—please use a trackable and insured method
  • Refunds are processed within 1–2 weeks after receiving the returned item
